2. Description of Service

TapHere provides AI-powered review analytics and premium NFC solutions for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered sentiment analysis of customer reviews
• Business intelligence dashboard and reporting
• NFC products and solutions
• Custom analytics and insights
• Email reporting services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

7. Payment and Billing

If you purchase services from us, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges incurred
• Provide current and accurate billing information
• Pay fees when due
• Be responsible for all taxes and VAT as applicable
• Make payments via bank transfer to our designated account

7.1 Payment Processing

Payments are currently processed through bank transfer to BRD Unirea Bucuresti (IBAN: RO14BRDE441SV68970244410) to A&T Millennium Consulting. Payment confirmation and service activation will occur within 24-48 hours of payment verification. An automated payment system is under development and will be implemented in the future.

7.2 Subscription Services

Our subscription services include Email Reports and Auto-Response Generation. These services are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting customer support.

7.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for subscription services, provided the service has not been extensively used. Setup fees and one-time services are non-refundable after delivery. Please contact support for refund requests.

7.4 VAT and Taxes

Prices displayed may exclude VAT, which will be added at checkout for EU customers. Business customers with valid VAT numbers may be exempt from VAT charges. You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties in your jurisdiction.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide consistent service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapHere AI Technology LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TapHere AI Technology LTD from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
